摘 要:电动舵机双余度伺服系统是以双余度稀土永磁无刷直流电动机作为执行机构,DSP作为主控单元再加外围电路组成的数字式伺服系统。着重研究了双余度运行时的电流均衡问题,分析了电流不均衡产生的原因及可能造成的后果,给出了电流均衡的方法,并将此方法应用于实际系统当中,最后给出了未加均衡环节和加上均衡环节的试验结果,对比显示,加上电流均衡环节,两个余度电流明显趋于一致。此方法易于工程实现,系统性能可靠。Electric actuator dual-redundancy servo system consists of dual-redundancy rare earth permanent magnet (REPM) brushless DC machine (BLDCM), digital signal processor (DSP) and some periphery circuits, which implements actuator servo function. The same redundancy of power and torque can be obtained, current balance on dual-redundancy working state is investigated. It analyses several causes of current unbalance and possible consequences respectively. A method of current balance in a real system is given. The experiment result shows that the method is simply and practically. Both of the two redundancy currents are obviously consistent after adding current balance. The system performance is improved greatly.
