摘　　要：提出并设计了一个具有两个自由度、模拟眼睛转动的机器视觉系统。该系统实现了摄像头上下、左右两个自由度的转动,摄像头取得的图像交由计算机处理。为了节约成本,本系统以计算机作为控制中心,串口输出控制脉冲,控制步进电机的转动角度。整个系统结构简单,控制方便。The Design of a machine vision system through imitating human eye is presented in this article. The camera can turn around two axes in this system. The frame taken by the camera is transported to the computer and coped by the computer. To reduce the cost, the computer is also taken as the control center. It＇ s serial port produces impulse to control the step motor. This system is simple and the realization of the control is very easy.
