摘　　要：介绍了一种新型纸杯成型机,用于生产蛋糕的外包装盒。杯身采用滚锥成型,杯底气动打浆,气动贴上,采用槽轮机构驱动,解决了手工生产该种纸杯的问题。采用三菱PLC对该纸杯机控制系统进行软硬件设计。In this paper, a new paper - cup manufacturing machine is described. It is used to make the packing box of the cakes. The body of the cup is molded using the method of rolling on the surface of a conical model. The bottoms of the cup are pneumatically pasted and put on the conical model. The sheave drive is used to drive the mechanic system. This machine solves the problem of making the cup manually. The PLC of MITSUBISH is used for the control system.
