拔牙创口腔组织补片植入对患者拔牙术后生活质量影响评价

摘　　要：目的:评价口腔组织补片对患者拔牙术后生活质量的影响。方法:采用改良的术后症状严重度量表(PoSSe)综合量化评价患者拔牙术后的生活质量。结果:拔牙术后拔牙创即刻置入口腔组织补片组的PoSSe分值低于空白对照组。结论:拔牙创局部使用口腔组织补片在一定程度上降低了患者术后的不良反应,提高了患者拔牙术后生活质量。AIM ：Ta exalnate the effeet of oral tissue substitution on the quality of patients＇life after teeth extraetion. METHODS：One hundred palh-nts with impacted mandibular third molars were divided into two groups, in the Lest gronp, we put oral tissue substitutinn into the snekets alter teeth extraetion. In the eontrol group,patients received no speeial treatment after teeth extraefion. Ohe week later, we asked these patients to complete the postoperalive symplom severit （PoSSe） seale. RESULTS ：The PoSSe value of the test group is 19. 5778 ± 16. 6334, while the control group is 22.8060 ± 12. 5198. Significant difference in the PoSSe value could be found between the the groups （P = 0. 005 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION： Using oral tissue substitution on the teeth extraction wounds could reduce the complication of teeth exlraction and improve the quality of patients＇ life.
