不同浓度含镧制剂对人牙根面的抗龋作用

摘　　要：目的:比较含不同浓度镧(La)的漱口水和凝胶对根面的防龋作用,并确定这两种剂型的最低有效浓度.方法:在体外模拟口腔pH变化的环境中,采用含不同浓度La的漱口水(100×10-6～2000×10-6mmol/L)及凝胶(5 000×10-6～10000×10-6mmol/L),对离体人牙根面进行抑制脱钙的实验研究,并借助偏光显微镜、电子探针及能谱分析手段,对不同浓度的La3+在根面的抑制脱矿作用进行定性和定量分析.结果:＞500×10-6mmol/L的含La3+漱口水及＞10 000×10-6mmol/L的含La3+凝胶均具有防龋作用,且其脱矿深度无显著差别.结论:500×10-6mmol/L和10 000×10-6mmol/L的La3+含量分别是这两种制剂防治根面龋的最低有效浓度,而使用含镧(La)漱口水制剂可能更适合老年人根面龋的防治.AIM ：To compare the effects of different does of lanthanum - contained rinse and gel on carious -reslstaace of root surfaee, and determine the lowest effective dose of these two preparatios. METHODS： Human dental root surfaces were treated in vitro with various doses（ 100 × 10^-6 -2 000 × 10^-6mmol/L）of lanthanum -contained rinse solution or（5 000 × 10^-6 - 10 000 × 10^- 6 mmol/L） of lanthanum -eontained gel under the pH environment that mimic the normal pit change cuange of oral eavity. The qualitive anti quantitative analysis were carried out on dental cementum according to their mineralized degrees. The best effective dose for earious - resistance was set for further investigation in vitro. Root surfaces were treated with the rinse or gel for I hour once daily for 30 days. RESULTS：The rinse solution containing 500 × 10^-6mmol/L lanthanum and gel eontaining 10 000 × 10^-6mmol/L lanthanum or more than it showed a ohvious carious - resistant effect and there was no significant demineralized degrees difference between treated with 500 × 10^-6mmol/L lanthanum- contained rinse solution or with 10 000 × 10^- 6mmol/L lanthanum -contained gel and more. CONCLUSION：500 × 10^ -6 mmol/L lanthanum -contained rinse solutiom and 10 000 × 10^- 6 mmol/L lantlmnum -contained gel are considered to be the lowest effective dose for root earious- resistance, and lanthanum - contained riuse solution marine especially, suitable for the treatment anti prevention of dental root caries.
