摘　　要：以手性技术为中心、以光学纯药物的应用、研制、生产作主线总结了目前手性药物产业的现状和发展趋势,重点阐述了手性药物的设计研制、有效成分筛选、工艺开发和商用推广等过程的特点、经验教训及注意事项等.采用列图表,举例子,相比较的方法,从手性药物结构的复杂性、研发过程、广阔的应用前景等方面,说明了手性技术在药物工业中的重要性和发展前景.Summarize the present situation an developing direction of chiral drugs industry according to chiral technology as key point and the application, how to synthesis and manufacture of the optical pure drugs as the main line, especially elaborate the characteristic, experience and lessons and items needed pay attention during Application of listing tables, use examples and comparison to describe the chiral technology＇s significance and developing future by the complexes, development and wide application future, ect.
