摘 要:介绍了三种径向下锯模型:四开法、三开法和六开法。模型运算结果表明。各下锯模型中原木断面面积利用率和出材率随原木径级增大而提高,小径原木宜生产薄板,大径原木宜生产中厚板。三开法的原木断面面积利用率和原木出材率最高,六开法最低,四开法居中。若对径向纹理要求很高,宜采用斜拼法提高原木断面积利用率和原木出材率。实际生产宜采用三开法在新式剖料锯机组上进行。Three radial sawing patterns, sectorial radial sawing models of quarter timbers, trisected timbers and hexsected timbers are presented in this paper. A computer program is developed. The results indicate that, the highest volume yield can be gained from sectorial radial sawing pattern of trisected timbers in the case of various sized logs sawn to med thick and thin radial lumbers. The first sawing pattern yields the lowest volume yields. So, sectorial radial sawing model of trisected timbers should be used in radial wood production in the sawmill. If the identical grain of radial wood is required, the model of hexsected timbers should be used.
