摘 要:用二次回归正交组合设计法安排试验,采用二次回归数学模型分别拟合单位宽度的切削力F、法向力F,与刀具磨损b、刀具前角y及切削厚度a之间的关系。试验分析表明F,的二次回归曲线方程在水平a=0.001下显著。F的二次回归曲线方程在水平a=0.1下不显著。The experiments of the studies were arranged with the Perpendicular label of Twice Regression. Horizontal Cutting force (F x) and perpendicular cutting force( F y ) were separately measured by two piezoelectric transducers. It was found that the regression equation among F x , Tool Wear, Rake and Cutting Depth would be very outstanding in the level of 0 001, but it was appearly confirmed that the regression equation among F y , Tool Wear, Rake and Cutting Depth was not outstanding under the level of 0 1. It was apparent that F x increased with Cutting Depth and Tool Wear, and decreased with Rake. Moreover, the effect of Cutting Depth was more than Tool Wear and Rake. It was ascertained that F y in small Tool Wear would be less than one in large Tool Wear when Rake equaled 10 degreses, but F y was hardly affected by Tool Wear when Rake was 36 66° degress.
