摘  要:高校基础理论教育旨在培养学生分析、解决复杂基础理论问题的能力以及解决问题的学习精神、学习习惯;高校能力教育是指培养学生对于实际问题的解决能力。学生接受信息或者说知识的能力是有限度的,因此能力教育与基础理论教育必须平衡。确定基础理论教育的范围及相关的要求时,应重视学生解决基础理论问题能力训练及将来的适用性。加强学生解决实际问题的能力的途径是:改进教学大纲;加强教学方法研究;提高教学及学习效率;激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性;提高科研水平;加强与企业的合作。The emphasis for the grounded theory education in university is the training for analyzing and solving complicated problems in it, and the study striving and habit. Based on this, the main task is to satisfy the need of society for the capability of graduates in their work, or to train the capability of them for solving the problems in practical work surround. The ability of the student to receive the information or the knowledge ability is limited, so capability and grounded theory education must be balanced, and the scope and relative requirements for the later must be adjusted, the emphasis is the training of students for the capability to solve the problems in grounded theory and the applicability of the knowledge they study. The ways to strengthen the training in solving practical problems are: to improve the syllabus, strengthen the research on teaching methods, raise the efficiency of teaching and studying, enhance the scientific research level, and cooperate with enterprises more.
