摘　　要：研究了提升算法和基于提升算法的整数小波变换,并将该算法应用于零树小波编码图像压缩,改进了压缩算法性能。最后,给出了实验结果,结果表明在降低了运算复杂度的情况下,仍然提高了峰值信噪比,具有良好的压缩效果。The lifting algorithm and the integer wavelet transforming （IWT）based on lifting algorithm are researched. The algorithm is applied in zero tree wavelet encoding image compressing so that the compressing quality is improved. Finally, experimental results are listed to show that the zero tree wavelet encoding can improve the peak signal-noise ratio to some extent with good compressing effect in the case of reducing computation complexity.
