摘　　要：中国东北地区与东北亚各国毗邻,有相近的风土人情,经济各有优势,互补性强,合作领域广泛。在新一轮的东北亚经济区域合作中,长春市作为吉林省省会城市应如何利用东北亚区域经济合作的优势,进一步提高吉林省的对外开放水平,加快经济结构调整,拓展经济发展空间,实现可持续发展,具有重要意义。The Northeast China area adjoin with Northeast Asian various countries, there are close local conditions and customs. Economy each has advantages , with strong complementarity, the cooperative field is extensive. In the economic regional cooperation of Northeast Asia of new round, how Changchun utilizes the advantage of regional economic cooperation of Northeast Asia as the Jilin Province provincial capital city, improve the level opening to the outside world of Jilin Province further, accelerate the economic restructuring, expand the economic development space, realize sustainable development is significant, in the Northeast of China.
