摘　　要：吉菜开发对于提高人们的饮食文化生活质量,促进地方经济增长,增加就业等都具有重要意义。因此,吉菜开发必须认真研究吉菜的科学认证问题,努力塑造品牌形象,倡导健康的理念,完善吉菜的产业链条。The development of Ji Lin dishes plays plays an important role in improving people＇s diet culture and living quality, facilitating local economicincrease , and offering more job opportunities . therefore , we must make researchon the scientific certification problem of Ji Lin dishes, shape images , advocate healthy concept and improve the industry link of Ji Lin dishes.
