摘　　要：针对当前一些地区无线网络资源紧张,话务量波动较大的情况。本报告通过理论分析与实际测试,分析了半速率技术对增加系统容量,缓解拥塞的效果。同时结合实际测试结果,分析半速率技术对话音质量、无线网络各性能参数的影响,最后给出重要参数的设置原则与使用该技术的建议。As wireless resource is scarce and the traffic changes largely in some areas, the article analyses the performance of volume increase and congestion decrease by using half-rate technology. The result of this paper is based on theory analysis and testing. The article also analyses the affect of half-rate technology on speech quality and some important parameters. In the end, the suggestion of how to make good use of half-rate technology is present.
