东北小鲵和极北鲵血细胞形态学参数研究

摘　　要：文章对东北小鲵和极北鲵的血细胞进行显微观察,对细胞的大小进行测量,并对白细胞数量比例进行了测定。结果表明:两种动物的红细胞和白细胞较爬行类大,白细胞的数量比例有一定的种的特征,其中淋巴细胞比例最高,而嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞分别在东北小鲵和极北鲵中比例极小。Blood cells of Hynobius leechii Boulenger and Salamandrella keyserlingii are observed with microscope. The size of the cell is measured. The proportion of leukocytes is measured. The result shows that the two kinds of animals＇ erythrocyte and leukocyte are bigger than other retile species, the proportion of leukocyte has certain species feature with high proportion of lymphocyte and less proportion of acidophilic granulocyte and basophilic granulocyte in Hynobius leechii Boulenger and Salamandrella keyserlingii.
