合肥市普通高校大学生足球小群体凝聚力的研究

摘　　要：采用文献研究和问卷调查等方法,对合肥市普通高校大学生足球小群体的凝聚力进行分析、研究。得出足球小群体较高吸引力以及较强的认同感、归属感和力量感,反映出其在群体成员心目中的凝聚力较强,“核心人物”凝聚作用突出,有较紧密的关系网络,较高的内聚力指数反映出群体内部团结向上、人际气氛良好和友情深厚,目标的一致和心理相容折射出较强的自信心及士气等结论,并提出了建议。This paper analyzes the cohesive force of football community among ordinary colleges and universities in Hefei by means of doeuments, and questions. It arrives at a conclusion that these football communities enjoy a srtong sense of approval, a sense of belongingness, and a strong sense of strength, which reflects a strong cohesive force and an extensive net, the high index number indicates that all the members enjoy a harmonious atmosphese and a friendly sentiment Besides, all the menbers enyoy a strong sense of selfconfidence and a high morale.
