摘　　要：企业化政府是当前政府改革的一大潮流,而政府型企业却处在不断的缩减之中,从如何区分公共组织与私人组织、如何理解政府社会与社会政府、如何疗治政府失灵与市场失灵的多个视角,以理论分析和实证研究的方法探讨了政府型企业与企业化政府之间问题的缘起、互动的关系和发展的趋势。Enterprise model govemment is a trend of the present government reform,while government style enterprise is decreasing. From the perspectives of a differentiation of public organization and private organization, understanding of govemment-oriented society and society-orient-ed govemment,treatment of govemment malfunction and market malfunctlon, this paper has explored the reason,mutual relatlonship,and development tendency of the issue concerning government model enterprise and enterprise style govemment by means of theoretical analysis and practial evidence.
