摘　　要：论述了PLC在换热元件试验台系统中的应用,详细介绍PLC与上位机的通信,PLC与RS485网络中的信号采集模块的通信过程,以及几个加热器的PID过程控制等。This paper discusses the application experience of PLC in hot-exchange component test bed system,and introduces the detail functions about communication between PLC and PC,and communication between PLC and signal collect modules in the RS485 network,and PID process control of several heaters.
