摘  要:研制了一种由环氧改性有机硅树脂、聚酰胺类固化剂为基体,以隔热及耐热填料为添加剂的室温固化耐高温外热防护涂料体系;该外热防护涂层材料的拉伸强度3.15MPa,断裂伸长率26%;热导率0.271W/(m.K),比热容2.689 J/(g.K),而且具有优良的隔热性能、耐热性能以及良好的附着力。该涂层材料可用于T700/4319复合材料壳体表面的外防护,并可在350℃温度条件下短期使用。A kind of external thermal protection coating material which takes epoxy-modified organic silicone resin and polyamide curing agent as matrix, and thermal-insulating and beat-resisting fillers as additives was developed. The material with high temperature resistant property was cured at room temperature. Tensile strength of the coating material is up to 3. 15MPa, elongation-tobreak 26%, thermal conductivity coefficient 0. 271W/( m· K), and specific heat capacity 2.689J/(g· K). At the same time, the coating material possesses better heat-insulating property, heat-resisting property and excellent adhesion. The coating material can be used for the external thermal protection of T700/4319 composite material case surface, and it can be used at the temperature of 350%; for a short period.
