摘　　要：①目的评价甲醛甲酚(FC)碘仿替硝唑根管内用药的疗效。②方法选择282例急慢性根尖周炎病人,随机分为对照组和实验组,分别采用FC棉捻、FC棉捻蘸碘仿替硝唑粉末根管内用药,观察封药后反应。③结果封药1次和3次后,实验组优良率明显高于对照组(uc=4.94、2.41,P<0.01、0.05)。④结论FC碘仿替硝唑根管内封药可取得较好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the effect of intra-canal application of formocresol （FC）-iodoform-tinidazole in root canals. Methods This study consisted of 282 cases of acute or chronic periapical periodontitis, which were randomly divided into control group and testing group. The root canals were disinfected with FC cotton roll and FC-iodoform-tinidazole cotton roll, respectively. The results were observed. Results After sealing medicine one time and three times, those in the testing group had more efficient rate than in the control group. Conclusion Sealing FC-iodoform-tinidazole in root canals may have quite good therapeutic effect .
