摘　　要：文章对企业的业务基因重组理论进行了研究,对业务基因和组织基因的关系进行了探讨。分析了企业进行业务基因重组的动因;归纳了企业进行业务基因重组的特征;结合实例揭示了企业业务基因重组的具体战略。The article studies the theory of rebuilding corporate business DNA and the relationship between business DNA ＆ organizational DNA. Analyses the motivation of rebuilding corporate business DNA, summarizes the character of rebuilding corporate business DNA, and shows real cases on the specific strategy of rebuilding corporate business DNA.
