摘 要:目的探讨高压氧(HBO)对小鼠CT26结肠癌细胞周期和荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的影响。方法应用流式细胞仪检测对照组和HBO组CT26癌细胞的细胞周期;建立小鼠结肠癌移植瘤模型,观察0.2MPaHBO对CT26癌细胞移植瘤生长的影响。结果对照组细胞在G0G1期、S期、G2M期的比例分别为74.82%、20.38%、4.80%;而HBO后12h组为66.48%、33.16%、0.36%,HBO后24h组为55.89%、40.79%、3.32%。HBO组小鼠肿瘤的体积和重量较模型对照组降低,肿瘤体积抑制率为32.39%,重量抑制率为35.77%。结论HBO可使CT26细胞在S期积蓄,并抑制荷瘤小鼠移植瘤的生长。Objective To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on the cell cycle and proliferation of CT26 in vitro and in vivo. Methods The cell cycle of CT26 under HBO and normobaric carbogen were examined with flow cytometry. Established BALB/c mouse tumor models, the volumes and weight of tumors under 0.2 MPa HBO were observed. Results The percentages of cells in G0/G1, S, G2/M of control group were 74.82%, 20.38% and 4.80% respectively; HBO 12 h group were 66.48% ,33.16% and 0.36% respectively; HBO 24 h group were 55.89% ,40.79% and 3.33% respectively. Calculated by weight or volume, the transplanted tumor growth was inhibited 32.39% in weight,35.77% in volume. Conclusion HBO may induce CT26 cells accumu- lating in S phase in vitro, and inhibit the growth of tumors in vivo.
