摘　　要：教师对学生的感情投资是融洽师生关系,营造民主、和谐的教育环境,增强管理效果,提高教育质量的重要途径。教师在教育教学和管理活动中,必须注重对学生的感情投资,关心、爱护学生,尊重、信任学生,谅解、宽容学生,要把对学生的感情投资和严格要求、严格管理结合起来。Emotional investment on students is an important way for teachers to harmonize relationship between teachers and students, create democratic and harmonious educational environment, strengthen the effect of management, and improve the quality of education. Teachers must pay attention to emotional investment on students, cherish and take care of students, respect and trust students, forgive and be lenient with students in the activities of education and management of students. The management work of students should combine emotional investment on students with strict requirements and rigid management.
