银耳多糖对实验性衰老模型小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察银耳多糖对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 40只雄性ICR小鼠,分为5组,每天腹腔注射D-半乳糖120 mg／kg,连续60天,建立亚急性衰老模型；同时A、B、C组每天分别灌胃800、400和200 mg／kg银耳多糖。实验结束后,MTT法检测ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖转化,ELISA法检测银耳多糖对小鼠血清IL-2和IL-6的影响。结果银耳多糖能明显促进ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞增殖转化；各银耳多糖干预组小鼠血清IL-2和IL-6均高于衰老对照组。结论银耳多糖可以提高D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠的免疫功能。To observe the effects of Tremella polysaccharides （TP）on the immune function of experimental aging mice. Methods Forty male ICR mice were divided into five groups. In group A, B, C, and D, mice were injected with D-galactose （120 mg/kg/d）for 60 days to establish subacute aging model. Meanwhile, they were treated with TP 120 mg/kg every day. Group E was injected with normal saline. Mice in group A, B, and C were further treated with TP 800, 400, and 200 mg/kg, respectively, by intragastric administration. MTT was used to detect the proliferation and transformation of spleen lymphocyte in mice after ConA abduction, and ELISA to inspect the effects of TP on serum IL-2 and IL-6. Results The proliferation and transformation of spleen lymphocytes in mice with ConA abduction significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）. Serum IL-2 and IL-6 in all experimental goups with TP were significantly higher than that of aging group （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion TP may improve the immune function in experimental aging mice.
