摘 要:目的:药物诱导后通过多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与组织病理学对照建立一种肺损伤及纤维化的动物模型。方法:采用支气管内注射博莱霉素(5mg/kg)诱导建立大鼠肺损伤模型,在肺损伤及纤维化的不同时期行多层螺旋CT检查,同时观察肺损伤不同时期的病理特点。结果:CT图像与病理组织学均发现博莱霉素诱导的大鼠出现不同程度的早期急性肺损伤及晚期肺纤维化过程。结论:博莱霉素性大鼠肺损伤及纤维化模型适于CT及病理组织学评价,CT对大鼠肺损伤及纤维化模型具有敏感性。Objective: To establish a reliable animal model of lung injury and pulmonary fibrosis by comparison of MSCT scans and pathologic findings. Methods: The lung injury and pulmonary fibrosis modal of rats was made by intratracheal bleomycin(5mg/kg). MSCT was used to indicate lung image changes and H.E. staining were used to illustrate lung pathology feature in each period. Results: Both MSCT and pathology revealed lung injury and pulmonary fibrosis of different degree in all studied rats. Conclusion: Bleomycin induced lung injury and pulmonary fibrosis model in experimental rats could be used in pathologic evaluation of acute lung injury and pulmonary fibrosis. MSCT was sensitive in detecting bleomycin induced acute lung injury and pulmonary fibrosis of the experimental rats.
