摘　　要：目的探讨热碘油栓塞治疗少血供肝癌的疗效。方法将碘油加热使其密度稀释,经导管注入肝癌供血动脉栓塞,治疗少血供肝癌32例。结果栓塞治疗3周后,CT检查见碘油聚集良好,瘤体缩小。结论热碘油栓塞治疗少血供肝癌效果明显,术后副作用小。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of hypovascular liver cancer by interventional embolization with iodized oil. Methods Heat the iodized oil to dilute its consistence and increase its fluidity. Thirty-two patients were transcatheter infused heated iodized oil to the supply artery of liver cancer. Results Three weeks after embolization, CT examination showed that the iodized oil gathered in the infusional artery of liver cancer, and the volume of neoplasm decreased. Conclusion Interventional emholization of the hypovascular liver cancer with heated iodized oil is effective and littie side-effect.
