摘 要:目的:分析组织工程化培养生物反应器传质过程,讨论影响传质能力的关键因素,探索改善传质能力的方法。方法:实验于2005-01/02在军事医学科学院卫生装备研究所组织工程实验室完成。建立理想模型,理论分析液膜中、培养液中的营养物从培养物表面到培养物内部、培养物内部细胞新陈代谢废物扩散的传质过程。结果:初步给出了传质过程的理论方程,给出了作为关键因素之一的压力对传质过程影响的微分方程。结论:传质过程是一个多因素相互制约的过程,压力是传质过程中的关键因素,选择合适的脉冲压力有助于改善传质水平,为设计新型高传质能力的组织工程化培养生物反应器提供了一种新的思路。AIM: To analyze the process of mass transfer in the tissue engineering culture bioreactor, discuss the key influencing factors of mass transfer, and explore the methods of improving the ability of mass transfer. METHODS: The experiment was conducted in the Laboratory of Tissue Engineering, Institution of Health Equipment, Academy of Military Medical Sciences from January to February 2005. The ideal mass transfer model was made. The process of mass transfer of metabolism and refuse diffusing in the culture, the nutrient substance from the surface to the inside of the culture, in the liquor and medium, was analyzed theoretically. RESULTS: The primary theoretical equation of mass transfer processes was gained, and the differential equations of press that was one of key factors having effects on the process of mass transfer. CONCLUSION: The process of mass transfer is mutual restriction process of multiple factors, and the press is the key factor during the process of mass transfer. The appropriate pulse press is helpful of improving the level of mass transfer, which provide a new method for designing tissue engineering culture bioreactor with new type and high ability of mass transfer.
