摘 要:C57BL/6小鼠经7.5cGyX线全身照射后24h静脉注射125IUdR标记的B16黑色素瘤细胞,24h后测定肺活瘤细胞存留率时发现,照射组小鼠的肺活瘤细胞存留率明显降低。与此同时,于照射后24h检测小鼠的免疫功能发现,照射组小鼠脾脏有核细胞数明显增多,脾细胞NK细胞毒活性及体内巨噬细胞功能均显著增强。结果提示,小剂量辐射可能通过提高NK细胞、巨噬细胞功能而加速肺肉瘤细胞的清除速率。After whole body exposed to 7.5 cGy X-ray. the C57 BL/6 micewere I. V. injected with 125IUdR labelled B16 melanoma cells, the proportion ofsurviving labelled cells retained in lungs was detected at 24 hours after injection,andfound that the surviving cells in the lungs of irradiated mice were significa'ntlydecreased. Meanwhile, the immunofunctions were tested at 24 hours after irradiation.the results showed that the number of nucleate cells and NK cytotoxity in spleens,and the phagocytotic function of macrophages in vivo were increased obviously forthe irradiated mice. The results suggested that the enhancement of NK cytotoxityand macrophage phagocytotic function might be one of the\ important reasons forlow dose radiation accelerating the clearance of tumor cells from the lungs.
