整合蛋白α5、β1亚基在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨整合蛋白α5、β1亚基在肾透明细胞癌中的表达与癌细胞的病理分级和临床分期的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测30例正常肾脏组织和30例肾透明细胞癌石蜡标本整合蛋白α5、β1亚基的表达水平。结果肾透明细胞癌组织与正常肾脏组织相比,癌组织整合蛋白α5、β1亚基表达减弱或消失(P<0.05)。整合蛋白α5、β1亚基表达水平随肾透明细胞癌的病理分级(分化程度)升高而升高,随临床TMN分期的升高而降低。结论在正常肾脏组织中整合蛋白α5、β1亚基的表达比肾透明细胞癌中高,其表达水平与肾透明细胞癌的病理分级呈正相关关系,与临床分期呈负相关关系。整合蛋白α5、β1亚基的表达可能与肾透明细胞癌的分化、转移密切相关。Purpose To study the correlation between the expression of integrin α5,β1 subunit in renal clear cell carcinoma and tumour grade and stage. Methods Expression of integrin α5,β1 subunit were examined in 30 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma （RCC） and 30 cases of normal renal tissues by immunohistocbemical technique. Results Expression of integrin α5,β1 subunit in RCC was lower than that in norreal renal tissues（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The expression of integrin α5,β1 subunit in RCC was weaker than normal renal tissues. The expression of integrin α5,β1 subunit revealed an positive correlation to tumor grade and inverse correlation to tumor＇ s clinical TMN stage. The results indicate that integrin α5,β1 subunit may has close relationship to RCC＇s differentiation and metastasis.
