摘 要:目的了解心肺复苏后犬炎症因子和氧自由基的变化及意义。方法12只犬随机分为2组:心肺复苏组(CPR组)和空白对照组,每组6只,抽血检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-(6IL-6)水平,复苏后6h取肺组织行MDA、SOD和NO测定以及行肺形态学检查。结果血清TNF-α、IL-6浓度在复苏后随时间的延长而增高,并高于本组电击前及同时间的空白对照组(P<0.05),CPR组肺组织的MDA、NO的含量高于空白组(P<0.01),而CPR组肺组织的SOD的含量低于空白组(P<0.05)。CPR组肺组织的病理损害大于空白对照组。结论炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6和氧自由基参与了心肺复苏后再灌注损伤的发生发展过程。[Objective] To investigate the role of changes of cytokine and oxygen free radical in dogs after cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) and their significance. [Methods] 12 dogs were randomly divided into the control group and CPR group (n=6). Blood samples were collected in 12 dogs before and during a 6-hour interval after successful CPR. Serum concentration of TNF-α and IL-6 were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The concentration of lung MDA, SOD, NO was measured and lung tissue was also used for histological examination. [Results] The serum level of TNF-α, IL-6 increased gradually after CPR with time prolonging in CPR group and higher than those in the control group(P 〈0.05). The concentration of lung MDA, NO in CPR group was significantly higher than in control group (P 〈0.01). The concentration of lung SOD in CPR group was significantly lower than in control group (P 〈0.05). Lung of pathological injury in CPR group was significantly higher than in control group. [Conclusions] cytokine and oxygen free radical participate in onset and development of reperfusion injury of CPR.
