摘 要:通过测定从极稀浓度到较高浓度的超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW PE)溶液的黏度,确定出不同分子量UHMW PE的临界浓度,验证了链缠结模型,给出了临界浓度与聚合度的定量关系式,与理论链缠结理论符合较好。同时,为确定实验样品的分子量,选出了一组适用于UHMW PE的最佳K、α值。In this paper we measured a series of viscosities of three different UHMWPE samples from their extreme-dilute to comparatively high concentration solutions, determined their critical concentrations and gave forth a quantitative relation between critical concentration and the degree of polymerization, which correlates well with the chain entanglement model. At the same time, in order to determine the molecular weights of the samples employed, a couple values of K, α which is most suitable for UHMWPE is selected.
