摘  要:自我效能感理论具有极高的理论价值和应用价值。本文在简介班杜拉自我效能感理论的基 础上,针对我国目前中学教学中存在的问题,认为学生学习失去信心的重要原因之一是对学生自我效能 感的培养关注不够。为此,指出解决此问题的四条建议与措施。The theory of self-efficiency has highly theoretical and applicative values. On the basis of a brief presentation of Bandura's theory of self-efficiency, the paper discusses the problems arising from the current teaching in middle schools in our country, believing that one of the important causes of making students lose their confidence in study is that enough attention is not paid to the development of students' sense of self-efficiency. So four suggestions and measures to solve the problems are put forward.
