摘　　要：阐述了企业竞争情报的基本概念与特点,论述了竞争情报对企业发展的意义和作用,分析了中外企业竞争情报发展状况,最后就中国企业竞争情报工作存在的问题提出了若干应对策略。This paper expounds the basic concepts and features of the competitive Information of enterprise, discusses on the significance and functions of the competitive Information for enterprise development, analyzes on the developing status of competitive information of enterprises in China and foreign countries, and puts forward some corresponding tactics in the light of the problems existing in the competitive information work of Chinese enterprises.
