摘　　要：介绍了个人信息门户的概念,分析了RSS的定义、工作原理、发展历程及其特点,并给出了构建基于RSS阅读器的个人信息门户的步骤。This paper introduces the concept of the personal information portal, analyzes on the definition, working mechanism, developing history and characteristics of the RSS, and puts forward the steps of constructing the personal information portal based on RSS readers.
