复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤75例临床小结

摘　　要：对75例呼吸道乳头状瘤以青少年型(JOP)及成年型(AOP)分组对比观察其临床行为.认为JOP组临床表现凶险,气管切开及肿瘤向下呼吸道扩散比率高于AOP组,本病目前尚无根治性治疗手段.CO_2激光分次手术似为较理想的选择,并主张摘除肿瘤时尽可能保留喉正常结构.This retrospective study is based on a comparison of the clinical behavior between the juveniland the adult onset of recurrent iespiratory papillomatosis from 75 cases. The result re-vealed that juvenile ?onset disease demonstrated more aggressive and had a higher rate of tracheotomy and distant spread. No method of treatment which releases patients from the disease completely exists ,however ,we consider that the set- stepCO_(2) -laser surgery is an effective and appropriate option. It strongly suggests to keep from destroying the orginal laryngeal form as much as possible.
