关于做新做实大学生思想政治教育工作的思考

摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育工作是一个系统工程,当代大学生思想状况主流是好的,但在新的形势下也出现了一些新的情况,这就为思想政治教育工作者提出了新的要求。在新形势下,思想政治教育工作者要察实情,出新招,见实效。具体要求:第一,认真研究当代大学生的思想特点变化,真正负起思想政治教育的责任;第二,改革和加强“两课”教育,拓宽“主渠道”,刷新“主阵地”;第三,创新校园文化;第四,重点做好“五种”大学生的思想政治教育工作;第五,努力造就一支数量充足,业务精良,开拓进取,人员稳定的思想政治教育工作队伍。The political education work is a systematic project. The main stream of modem university students＇ ideology is good, but there have appeared some new situations. So it requires more for us political educators in the new situation. As a political worker, we should be conscious of the matter of fact, think out some new ways to solve problems, and value the practical results. The paper puts forward some concrete methods to do the work well from live aspects.
