摘　　要：为了研究ｎｍ２３基因产物与膀胱癌临床病理因素之间的关系，采用免疫组织化学方法检测４７例膀胱癌中ｎｍ２３基因产物二磷酸核苷激酶（ＮＤＰＫ）的表达情况。ｎｍ２３蛋白被定位于胞浆及胞膜，其表达的总阳性率为７２．３４％，阳性率在低分化及浸润性肿瘤中较高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果显示ｎｍ２３蛋白表达与膀胱癌分期、分级正相关，提示ｎｍ２３蛋白对于判断膀胱癌的恶性程度可能是一个有价值的标记物。Nucleoside diphosphate kinase(NDPK),an product of nm23 gene,and its relationship to bladder cancer has been studied in 47 cases of bladder carcinoma.NDPK was detected by immunohistochemical technique, being found to be located in the cytoplasm and the cellular membrane.The total positive expression rate was 72. 34%,being higher in poorly differentiated and infiltrative carcinoma(P< 0.05). nm23 protein expression has been positively related to the histological grade and clinical stage of bladder carcinoma and might serve as a valuable marker for the prognosis of bladder carcinoma.
