摘  要:利用光学显微镜摄像录像计算机图象处理系统研究了大庆原油的沥青质和胶质对乳状液稳定性的影响。结果证实,原油乳状液的稳定性与沥青质和胶质浓度有关,沥青质和胶质的分散状态是决定界面膜强度或刚性进而决定乳状液稳定性的关键。当沥青质浓度在0.3%~0.5%(质量分数),胶质浓度在1%~2%(质量分数)范围时,乳状液水珠聚并的比例随表面活性物质浓度的增加而降低;当沥青质浓度增大到0.7%(质量分数),胶质浓度增大到3%(质量分数)后,聚并水珠的比例随表面活性物质浓度的增加而增加,形成的乳状液的液滴数量也减少。Experimental data are presented to show the influence of asphahenes and resins from the Daqing crude oil on the stability of emulsions. It was found that emulsion stability was related to the concentrations of asphaltenes and resins in the crude oil, and the state of dispersion of the asphaltenes and resins was critical to the strength or rigidity of interracial film and hence to the stability of the emulsion. The percentage of coalesced water droplets decreases with the concentration of asphaltenes or resins in the range from 0.3 fro (mass fraction) to 0.5 fro (mass fraction) or 1% (mass fraction) to 2 % (mass fraction). However, when the concentration of asphaltenes or resins is increased to 0.7 % (mass fraction) or higher or 3% (mass fraction) or higher, the percentage of coalesced water droplets increases with the concentration of asphahene or resins with a subsequent decrease in the amounts of droplets in the emulsion.
