摘 要:参考深水网箔、联合渔法、迷魂网以及底层鱼诱捕定置网箱等定置网中八字门的设计,并结合本试验条件设计了模拟八字门,研究了鲤Cyprinus carpio、草鱼C tenopharyngodon idellus在400 Hz正弦波连续音刺激下对模拟八字门的行为反应,探讨了用于捕捞鲤、草鱼定置网中八字门的有关参数。结果表明:在声音刺激下,鲤、草鱼能够在较短时间内进入八字门,其平均进门时间分别为33.7、38.5 s;在门内平均停留时间分别为31.6、37.8 s;平均聚集时间分别为76.0、80.6 s;进门率均为100%;八字门通过率分别为68.3%、81.6%。两种鱼的试验数据经t检验差异均不显著(P>0.05)。A character 八-shaped door was designed on the basis of the character 八-shaped nets of bathoaqua fish court, united fishing method, maze net and bottom lage fish trap crib under the laboratory conditions. The behavioral response of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) and grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) to the 八-shaped door by sound stimulus was studied, and the correlated parameters of the door of set net used to catch common carp and grass carp were discussed. The results showed that common carp and grass carp entered the door in shorter time in 33.7 s and 38.5 s. The average time of settling in the door was 31.6 s and 37.8 s; Average aggregation time was 76.0, 80.6 s; Rate of getting across the door was 68.3 %, 81.6%, respectively. Rate of entering the door was 100% all. There were no significant differences in all data between the two species (P〉0.05). This paper will provide scientific foundations for application of acoustic taming in fresh water fishing and exploitation of new fishing gears and fishing methods.
