摘　　要：目的评价SF-36用于肝癌患者生活质量测定的效果。方法随机抽取105例肝癌患者用SF-36量表进行纵向的三次测定,计算量表的信度、效度和反应度。结果量表的结构与概念构思基本相符,提取的6个主成分代表了量表的各个领域;8 个领域的重测信度和内部一致性系数分别为:躯体功能0.76、0.84,躯体角色0.72、0.89,身体疼痛0.87、0.79,一般健康状况0.62、0.48,生命力0.63、0.57,社会功能0.65、0.40,情绪角色0.77、0.83,心理健康0.69、0.11;量表能敏感地反应治疗前后生命质量的变化。结论SF-36量表用于肝癌患者生命质量测定具有较好的信度、效度和反应度,因而有一定的实用价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of measuring quality of life in patients with liver cancer by SF 36 scale. Methods By randomized sampling. 105 patients with liver cancer were selected, and the quality of life in them was measured three times by SF-36 scale and the validity, reliability and responsiveness were analyzed, Results The constructs of the instrument obtained were consistent with the conceived concept in essence, six principal components were extracted by factor analysis and represented all domains of the scale; the test-retest reliability correlation coefficient and internal consistency coefficient alpha were respectively as follows： physical function 0.76, 0.83; role-physical 0.72, 0.89, body pain 0. 87,0. 79;general health 0.62, 0.48; vitality 0. 63,0.57; social function 0.65,0.40; role-emotional 0.77, 0.83; mental health 0.69.0. 11. The instrument could detect the change of quality of life over before and after treatment sensitively. Conclusion The SF-36 scale could measure the quality of life in patients with liver cancer with better reliability, validity and responsiveness, so it has practical value to a certainty.
