摘　　要：针对高师美术教育专业存在的问题,根据基础教育课程改革的精神,分析研究适应新时期中小学美术教育师资的培养目标,提出高师培养新型合格美术教师必须找准目标定位,面向基础教育,调整课程结构,适应“课改”要求,改革评价体系,全面考核学生,达到培养合格师资的目的。Aiming at the solution to the problems that exist in fine - art education specialty of teachers college , based on the spirit of the courses reform in the elementary education, the author analyses and researches on the developing goal of fine - art teachers in primary and middle schools which can keep abreast of the times, then draws a conclusion： To train modem qualified fine - art teachers, teachers college must he dearly see the goal and orientation, face the elementary education, adjust the structure of courses, meet the requirements of the courses reform, improve the system of evaluation and examine students in an all- round way. By the above - mentioned ways, teachers college would achieve the goal to develop qualified teachers.
