高教大众化与高职教育的可持续发展

摘　　要：发展高职教育是实现我国高等教育大众化的重大战略决策;是我国走向小康社会,加强国际竞争力、满足人们接受高等教育需求、提高国民素质的重大举措。而树立正确的高等教育职量观,加紧“双师型”教师队伍建设,解决师资数量和质量不足的问题,建立健全校内外质量保证体系则是高职教育健康可持续发展的保障。This paper points out that to develop higher vocational education is a significant strategic decision to realize the popularity of higher education in our country. It suggests that to set up right quality view of higher education, press on with the building of double-qualification teaching staff and establish and perfect the in- and ex- college quality control systems are the guarantees to ensure sound hi^her vocational sustainable develooment.
