摘　　要：本文在分析和研究了智能网和因特网体系结构及其关系的基础上,结合智能网通讯业务在Internet上的应用和扩展,重点探讨了IP电话的连接及其呼叫转移的实现问题。提出了一种利用TA_P13.0接口函数以及CasyneSoeket类实现IP电话的连接以及呼叫转移的解决方案,并给出了系统实现的具体方法步骤。This paper has made a research on the application of the connection and the transference of call signs of IP telephone business with the application and development of intelligent net technique on the Internet, after the analysis and research of the structure and relations between intelligent net and Internet. It has proposed a solution and concrete measures to the system realization of the connection and the call transference of IP telephone business with the TAPI3. 0 and CasyncSocket.
