摘　　要：本文对67例肺癌患者血清CEA、CT及TNF的测定结果表明,对肺癌的阳性发病,把握病情变化转归,修订治疗措施,提供重要的分析依据。动态监测TNF变化,增强调动患者自身免疫防御功能,有利抗癌疗效等有切实的临床意义。Serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), calcitonin (CT) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) levels were measured in 67 lung cancer patients and the clinical significance studied. The results showed that lung cancer tissue possessed hetorotopic hormonal secreting property and the serum CEA, CT and TNF levels might be significant indicators for apprasial of the theraputic effect and prognosis of the disease process.
