致牙周病一新菌属(Stomatostreptococcus)的动物感染试验与药敏试验

摘　　要：从牙周病患者的病灶处分离到一株细菌90-1,经反复分离纯化,已鉴定为新菌属(Stomatostreptococcus)。经大白鼠感染试验,证明其为牙周病的致病菌;多种药敏试验结果表明,90-1株对先锋霉素、先锋必素、碘甘油、羧苄青霉素等极敏感。One strain of bacterium, 90-1, was isolated from the foci of patient with periodontopathy. Isolated and purified repeatedly, the strain 90-1 was Identified,and designated as StomatostreptOcpccus.lt has been proved that the 90-1 is a strain of periodontophy pathogenic bacterium through the rat-test in which the experimental rats were infected with the strain 90-1 and the 90-1 especially sensitive to cephalothinum, cefoperazonum, iodine glycerin, carbenicillin.
