肿瘤发生发展过程中红细胞免疫功能的变化

摘　　要：用小鼠可移植性组织细胞型淋巴瘤ＬⅡ接种于近交系６１５小鼠右后爪垫皮下，按宿主荷瘤时间以及肿瘤生长发展的不同阶段分期分批取血，检测荷瘤小鼠ＰＢＣ－Ｃ＿（３ｂ）ＲＲ和ＲＢＣ－ＩＣＲ，结合组织学观察，将肿瘤生长发展过程分为潜伏期，侵袭早、中、晚期，转移早、中、晚期等７个时期。观察ＲＢＣ－Ｃ＿（３ｂ）ＲＲ明显低于正常，并随肿瘤的发展呈下降趋势；而ＲＢＣ－ＩＣＲ高于正常，在肿瘤侵袭中期急骤增高，以后稳定在较高水平。提示：肿瘤的侵袭转移与宿主红细胞免疫功能下降有一定关系。实验组与正常组相比Ｐ＜０．０１＋实验组与瘤组相比Ｐ＜０．０１表２　　红细胞免疫复合物花环率（ＲＢＣ－ＩＣＲ）（Ｘ±ＳＤ）实验组与正常组相比Ｐ＜０．０１＋＋实验组与死瘤组相比Ｐ＜０．０１从表中可见，肿瘤移植后第１天为潜伏期，第３天为侵袭早期，第５天为侵袭中期，第１０天为侵袭晚期，此期开始出现引流淋巴结的肿瘤转移，故又为转移早期。第２０天非引流淋巴结表现转移为转移中期，第３０天出现肺转移为转移晚期。从表中可见，肿瘤移植后第１天，ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲＲ开始就低于正常，并随着肿瘤的发展而逐渐降低，阴性对照组则与正常组无显著性差异；ＲＢＣ－ＩＣＲ在肿瘤移植后第５天开?Red blood cells(RBC) of inbred 615 mice were studied for the RBC-C_(3b) receptor rate(RBC-C_(3b)RR)and RBC immune complex ratio(RBC-ICR)following implantation of the lymphoma LII into the right footpads.Blood was taken from the vein of the eyes of mice.The RBC-C_(3b)RR in the tumor-bearing group was significantly lower than that of the control group. It decreased gradually during the development of the tumor.However.RBC-ICR in the tumor-bearing group was higher than that of the control group. It increased rapidly during the latent, early and middle invasive stages and thence it maintained at a higher level at the metastatic stage.It is suggestive that there is correlation between the RBC immune deficiency of the hosts and the invasive and metastatic stage of the tumor.
