肝豆状核变性患儿的健康教育

摘　　要：通过对19例肝豆状核变性患儿病情恢复过程观察,认为健康教育重点是提供心理支持及给予饮食、特殊药物、特殊检查、疾病知识指导,使患儿及家属对本病有一定的了解,并能建立良好的依从性,积极配合治疗,坚持服药及饮食疗法。本组17例患儿病情都得到明显改善。Through observing the recovery process of 19 child patients with Wilson＇s disease, the authors argued that the keys of health education were： psychological support and guidance of diet, special medicine, special exam and knowledge about disease; making children and their relatives understand the disease; establishing good compliance and making them cooperate with treatment, keep on taking medicine and dietetic treatment. The disease condition of 17 patients in the group were improved obviously.
