摘　　要：通过实验改进,省去了秋水仙素处理洋葱根尖、卡诺固定液固定和用盐酸处理的步骤,用醋酸洋红直接染色等技术,使有丝分裂试验步骤简化、时间缩短、成本降低、效果提高。by improving the experiment leaves out the fllowing steps.colchicum element treated the anions＇ root tine, carnot fixing liquid fixed and hydrochlovic acid disposed. The techndogies such as Acetic acid carmine aqua dyeing directly simplifies Karyokinesis step,time shortens,and the cost is lowers,the effect is improved.
