多囊肾多囊肝发生率和遗传率的研究及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同年龄、性别的多囊肾多囊肝发生率、家族遗传史,为临床诊断和治疗多囊肾多囊肝提供参考数据。方法:借助B型超声波检查了8000例来院门诊和住院的肝肾患者。结果:检查出3.24%(259例)多囊肾多囊肝患者,其中男性3.10%(149),女性3.44%(110)。有家族遗传史的3.15%(252例),其中男性3.01%(145例),女性3.35%(107例)。结论:在肝肾患者中,多囊肾多囊肝发生率较高,大多数患者都有家族遗传史。Objective： To investigate the incidence and heritability ofpolycystic kidney and polycystic liver among patients of different ages and sexes, and to provide data for the diagnosis and treatment of above two diseases. Methods： A total of 8000 in- and out-patients with kidney and liver diseases underwent B mode ultrasonic examination. Results： From the total number, 259 cases （3.24%） ofpolycystic kidney and polycystic liver were detected, of which 149 cases （3.10%） were males and 110（3.44%） females. 252 cases （3.15%） had family history of those diseases, of which 145 cases （3.01%） were males and 107 （3.35%） females. Conclusions： Polycystic kidney and plycystic liver had a high incidence among patients with kidney and liver diseases and the majority of them had family history of two diseases.
