摘　　要：目的:探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗人工晶状体术后后发障的方法,疗效和并发症。方法:应用Nd:YAG激光仪,对102例(104眼)后发障患者行后囊膜切开术。结果:术后随访3月-24月,手术成功率99.04%,视力提高率97.12%,人工晶状体损伤率12.50%,虹膜炎发生率4.81%。结论:Nd:YAG激光治疗后发障是一种操作简单、安全、有效的方法。Objective： To study the method, effect and complication of Nd： YAG laser posterior capsulotomy in after cataract that occurred after implantation of introcular lens. Methods： 102 cases （104 eyes） of such patient were treated with Nd： YAG laser posterior capsulotomy. Results： All cases were followed up from 3 to 24 months after laser treatment. It showed that the success rate of the operation was 99.04%, the improved rate of visual acuity was 97.12%. The complication included the damages of lenses and mild iritis with occurrences of 12.50% and 4.81% respectively. Conclusion： Nd： YAG laser might have been demonstrated to be a convenient, effective and safe treatment for after-cataract.
