低温烧成建白瓷的试制

摘　　要：通过添加人工合成特效助熔剂的方法,成功地将传统建白瓷的烧成温度从1350℃左右降到了1200℃。降温节能效果显著,实现了传统高级瓷器低温烧结之目的。并应用XRD与SEM等研究手段,对两种瓷器的微观结构进行对比分析。The sintering temperature of conventional Jianbai porcelain was successfully lowered from 1350℃ to 1200℃ by adding a kind of man-made flux. It can significantly reduce the energy cost and realize the purpose of sintering conventional high-classed Jianbai porcelain at low temperature. XRD and SEM techniques were used to characterize and compare the microstructures of two porcelain specimens.
